## The Challenge

Omli's content team had a pipeline problem. New learning modules (seasonal themes, age-specific activities, festival content) were designed faster than engineering could ship them.

- Every new conversation flow, onboarding tweak, or 'welcome back' prompt required a native code change and app store release.
- The content team finalised a Diwali-themed speaking activity a week before the festival, but by the time it cleared QA and review, the festival had passed.
- Parent engagement was a gap — no way to surface milestone nudges without engineering help.

## The Solution
