The Challenge
LoKal, India’s largest rural jobs platform, integrates with multiple partners like ONDC, OneST, and QuestCorp. Each of these partners required branded job application flows with custom rules, content, and UI. But building and shipping these flows in a native app took 6–8 weeks—slowing adoption, limiting experiments, and putting pressure on the small engineering team.
