How does pricing work?
We scope each engagement to your MAU, channels, and goals. Book a short call and we will share a clear proposal, we do not publish list pricing here.
What counts as an impression?
An impression is recorded each time a user views a step of a campaign. If the same user sees it more than once, each view counts separately. You can control volume through segmentation, frequency caps, and A/B testing.
What happens if I hit my impression limit?
Your campaigns pause for the rest of that billing cycle. No surprise overage charges. You can upgrade to a higher cap at any time.
Can I try Digia Engage before committing?
Yes. We offer a paid pilot with full access on your staging environment, daily support, and no impression limits. No obligation to continue if it turns out not to be the right fit.
How long does it take to set up?
SDK integration takes around 20 minutes. After that, your product and marketing teams can create and ship campaigns without engineering changes.
